In this experiment, Anhui cotton 19F1 were used to study the effects of foliar spraying octanoate, methyl caprylate influence and 6-benzyladenine (6-BA) to the top of the cotton. The results showed that: octanoate, methyl caprylate and 6-BA concentrations may be appropriate topping instead of doing a certain extent. All three reagents treatments significantly reduced plant height, high concentration and high concentration of cotton significantly increased the number of fruiting branches. In addition to the three reagents lowest concentrations were significantly increased the total number of peach cotton, higher concentrations increase the number of bolls per plant, boll weight and lint percentage rate, thereby increasing the yield of seed cotton and lint cotton, but V peach former number no effect.
